Within the framework of actions by the Israeli government to prevent the "fleet of freedom" from reaching the shores of the Gaza Strip, Today it is announced in Israel:Forming a joint comprised command unit of representatives from the Ministries of Foreign and Internal Security Agency (Shin Bet) and also the Department of Homeland Security will take from the port Ashdod on the Mediterranean as a base!!!

According to Israel's second television channel :the Israeli government has given clear orders to intercept the convoy of ships once they enter territorial waters and prevent them from follow-up to sail to Gaza, whatever the cost is! "

Reported that the Israeli government consultations on multiple ministerial levels.. And that "unity of shared command" currently resides in the Port of Ashdod and arranges the necessary aspects where the participants on the board of those ships will be arrested

The Egyptian working class got a landmark ruling, No. 21606 , Obliging the President and the Prime Minister and the National Council for wage setting minimum fair wage in the community, and the center has provided the documents, within the case: A study by the economic researcher Ahmed El Naggar pointed out the possibility of increasing wages in the community through the current budget of the State, and another study from The Centre for Information and Decision Support: explained the historical evolution of the minimum wage in Egypt, which was officially terminated on 35 pounds under Law 53 of 1984.

The Egyptian Center for economic and social right has pleaded for Naji Rashad:
(A leading labor in south of Cairo mills), which suit demanding the implementation of the provisions of the Constitution of Egypt and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Arab Charter on Human Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social rights, which included provisions for the need to develop a minimum wage guarantee for a worker and his family a decent life with dignity, the Center said that the Labour Act 12 of 2003 established The National Council for the wages his duties; to set a minimum wage on the national level, taking into account living expenses and to find means and measures that ensure a balance between wages and prices,it is a provision that the government deliberately neglected to apply ,

so we asked the court to stop the implementation of the negative decision to refrain from setting a minimum fair wage.

And after the meetings that deliberated the case for almost a year the Administrative Judicial Court issued its ruling to halt implementation of this negative resolution With its consequent effects most particularly ,compel the defendants to set a minimum fair wage.

Events which took place at noon on Tuesday in Tahrir Square Kasr El Aini Street, downtown Cairo, which included confrontation by Egyptian security forces for nearly two hundred young activists, who wanted to attend a rally or a protest in memory of the events of April 6, 2008 in Mahalla al-Kubra, can not be to pass in transit!

Not because these events prompted the Organization of «Human Rights Watch» interest to declare its condemnation of «the illegal brutality», by which the security forces dispersed the demonstrators and detained 91 of them.

And not because Amnesty International criticized - because of that- the Egyptian government on the violence that has dealt against the youth who were expressing their protest through legitimate peaceful means !

And not just because the U.S. State Department released by its spokesman

- John Crawley - a statement saying that

(the Americans are deeply concerned about the arrests that happened in Egypt under emergency law, and the Egyptian government has to allow the right to all Egyptians, to express their political views in a peaceful manner, with the resulting consequences, and that the United States believes that it should allow all individuals to exercise freedoms recognized by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the Egyptian people should be able to participate in the political process, and be able - in the end - to determine who will participate and win the next election)

And not because the Egyptian Foreign Ministry issued a statement ((brave)) rejects U.S. State Department a statement saying it«contained a running in the internal affairs of Egypt without knowledge or expertise» (?!!)

On the basis that the statement would address some of the arrests carried out by the Egyptian security services for a number of participants in the demonstration!, «And ignore the fact that detainees have been released by a decision of the General Attorney », and the statement «dealt with other internal matters of Egyptian comes in a way out of the ordinary and does not accept from Egypt» (?!!).

These events can be in transit to it - before and after all - received Floodlight authoritarian anti-democratic nature of the regime in Egypt, and on the border that can not be crossed in «allow» the freedoms of expression and the political opposition! And the brutal and backward police practices , which is still currently used in dealing with those who try to exercise those freedoms guaranteed by the law and the Constitution and international covenants on human rights.

It is ironic, here, that a statement attributed to

the Ministry of the Interior stated :

«What has been resorted to is not linked at all (?!!) with Freedom of expression, or confiscating the right to take protesting stances or escalate political or sectarian demands , as claimed by the elements involved in this move, because a lot of positions have become available as long as the protest took a legal framework or appearance which does not affect the security considerations »?!.

The statement here refers to many social protest movements, economic, factional, which are known in Egypt recently, which represented in protest groups of employees or workers or peasants, who were driven by circumstances and miserable economic pressures to mob and sit on the sidewalks, near the People's Assembly and Shura Council, or in front of the concerned ministries .

In other words, the statement wants to say - in short - an economic and social protest .. Possible, while political protests, and calling for constitutional reforms ... Etc., this is what is not allowed.

Therefore, not surprising that the mobilization to meet the hundred or a little more than young men and women activists in the movement of April 6, who also (a lot of them) belongs to political parties (eg Democratic Front, and Al-Ghad, and The Socialist Revolutionaries Movement ... etc.), hundreds of officers and soldiers of the Central Security , and many of the leaders of the Ministry of Interior of the generals, deans, and colonels,both «State Security» or regular police! Who were waiting for young people in the heart of Cairo, according to a deliberate intention and planned to hunt these young people and humiliate them and teach them a lesson they think more than once, before returning to repeat what they have done.

In other words, the issue is not that these young people

«that have been released by a decision of the Attorney-General »as The statement of Foreign Affairs, which suggests that the law has taken its course, did not increase subject to detention for a day or two or even a few hours, but the issue is that shameful dealing dozens of young people (including girls) have received to be a lesson to any man tempted to take care of the affairs of his homeland, and to exercise their legitimate right to express their political opinion.

Thus, in Eltahrir square, Kasr El Aini Street in the heart of Cairo, the police and the security of the state, engaged in their«High» mission : to arrest those young rioters, and sophistication in abusing, insulting, and humiliating them.

When I use here the expression «shame», I mean it perfectly!

If we go on with the Ministry of the Interior in its logic to the end, and admitted that it has the right to prevent demonstrations in a particular place and a certain timing, What has done and what are still doing now by its apparatus will remain a matter for questioning and accountability!

For example, can the police in a democratic civilized country, I would not say America, or Britain, or France, but I say India, or Malaysia, or even for Lebanon,do such police actions in Egypt?

The details of what happened to the young people in Egypt on Tuesday, April 6th is filled by the newspapers (I mean of course the independent press!) Does not need restating, but I will just refer to some events of significance:

Is it not a shame!!
, and disgusting, that university professors is subjected to , (who are assumed that they are interested in building Egyptian youth, and refined his character, and pays attention to the development of his country ).. To the logic of a security ,
with the help of the security they organize a concert considerably for the second year for one of young singers, in the same day -6 April - at the University of Ain Shams, carrying a message that is hidden content for each university student, in order to draw his attention and interest not only to political issues (the thorny and dangerous) but to enjoy the singing and witty?!

Is not it a shame!!
- for example - to detain (A. F), one of April 6 activists in the garage opposite the Shura Council (a place where they detained several protesters before being deported to a camp on the way (Egypt - Ismailia), and compelled by the police officers to take off his pants, searching for a «slide Mobile»?! and when one of the girls in detention refused and commented on what is happening to them, the policeman told her: «.. If you do not want to watch, come at the back ?!

Is it not a shame!!

that the female police officers took Ms. (G. A), university graduate and a member of the Democratic Front Party, in the same garage in front of all in search of a slide-Mobile in her underwear?

what happened also for the girl (G. A), along with the student (S. S), a female activist in Al-Ghad Party ? The duo was taken with the rest of those arrested in a deportations car to the camp called(peace) for Security Central services in Ismailia road, but the accompanying officers discovered that the camp has no place for reservation of women, what they did with them? they took them - after spending two hours in the prison infirmary - to the Department of Police (peace), who refused to extradite them.

All this is happening while the passers-by and entering and coming out of the police department staring at these ""two accused», as if they were Killers or hookers, or at best conditions thieves.

At this time, arrived a young officer of S S I said to him «Adham Basha»?!

To resolve the situation! Along with three men (of Trustees of the police or informers) and started cursing and swearing ugliest words, and threatened them saying that :

(I will throw you out of the car completely naked ! )With the threats of sexual assault, and variations of dirty insults, according to the maximum allowed by the reader's imagination.

And the fixtures move in the desert at about 8.30 pm, and in an isolated area just slowed the car the informants jumped from the car pulling (S. S) from her leg to fall to the ground, and then complete the dumping (G. A) Also, and kick the girls by their legs to remove them away of the moving vehicle , then they moved quickly, leaving the two girls thrown on the sand of the dark desert ! «Adham Basha» went to for his subordinates, his success in this process to maintain the «security of the State».

The poor girls , tried to regain their power, and stared in the darkness of the desert, till they saw a private car passing by in it two of the young people they took them to the position of the X bus station in the outskirts of Nasr city, but the two young men refused to give them any data for fear of brutal security because they helped them !

The girls had lost cell phones because (Adham Basha) refused to give them back to them, saying :

«If I gave you the phone I would be a (..x..)! If you have a real man to dare to talk to me send him ».
they had only a taxi ride to the center of «Hisham Mubarak» for Human legal rights to tell their story, the story of shame,

US Government Must Speak Out Clearly in Support of Reform and Against Repression in Egypt
April 6, 2010

In an egregious violation of the freedoms of assembly and expression, Egyptian police arrested and beat dozens of peaceful demonstrators today. Commemorating the third anniversary of the April 6 strike, Egyptians gathered outside the People’s Assembly (Egyptian parliament) to peacefully demonstrate and to call for constitutional amendments to make upcoming parliamentary and presidential elections more free and fair. The courageous demonstrators came to the demonstration and participated, in spite of threats and warnings from Egyptian security, who threatened to use the emergency law, in place for 30 years, against them.

The Coalition of Egyptian Organizations holds the Egyptian Minister of Interior personally responsible for the violations that transpired today, whether to the person of any of the demonstrators or for any act in violation of the law, and calls for the immediate prosecution of those who were involved in the attack, including the head of Cairo State Security.

The assault did not only target political and human rights activists from the April 6 movement. Presidential candidate Ayman Nour and his supporters were held hostage in Nour’s office and were assaulted by police when they tried to join the protest. The Egyptian police also assaulted many journalists covering the event and confiscated their equipment. In addition, the government initiated cyber attacks against opposition websites, including the April 6 group website and web sites supporting Mohamed El Baradei’s presidential candidacy in 2011.

The Coalition believes that these actions are a clear indication of what the Egyptian government intends to do in the upcoming parliamentary and presidential elections. It is clear that no legitimate elections can take place in Egypt without revoking the emergency status and taking serious steps to ensure political and public freedoms. It is likewise clear that the US government must support Egyptians in their valiant and peaceful efforts to make their homeland more pluralistic

Spy Cameras in Mosques

, his school ,the Sheik of the mosque, and even the professor of religion about the importance of this verse from Quraan:
Don't spy... it was the first verse we had been taught that it became one of the Person's instructions which engraved deeply in his personality that spying on people is forbidden or haraam
The mosque is the house of God in which we learn and recite his words and orders not spying
How come the God's house becomes a place of spying on the worshipers and preachers with cameras hanging from the ceiling of which broadcast directly on the internet in complete secrecy as the news said.when the secret unveiled, A government Military contingent to lie started to spread in the media to give justifications and excuses worse than sins.vulgar , cheap and contradictory excuses

There are those who said that the cameras had not been put to spy on the worshipers, but preachers ..its a joke

Another official said the cameras have existed for a long time ago so why now...

The official , said that those cameras were added after the president's speech .. the development and modernization in the context of the president's speech hinting in a way that: who dares to object the directives of the President ..

Mubarak in his speech didn't say put cameras in the mosques to spy on the people if he would have said after the speech I wish you tell the people least as long as the cameras as we knew lately that those cameras are bought from their money ,their donations to the mosques for charity without telling them.

surprisingly the Muslim Brotherhood said that it is an American scheme.

Their websites dealt with the news as if there was a poll which is still under consideration, the Minister of Awqaf it is the ministry concerned with mosques and religious education in Egypt issued a decision to place cameras in mosques and this controversial resolution and this raised the debates and boiling on this resolution, giving the reader a sense of the news that the resolution was not implemented yet and there is a community dialogue about it

Cameras mounted for a long time ago since when only God knows and of course the Minister of Interior

Security was stable and the Internet was broadcasting, officers watching and Egyptians do not know then something happened two women entered El Saida Zeinab mosque to get rid of a little baby girl and left her in the mosque between the prayers and went out of the mosque quickly .. the usual prayers and mosque officials took the girl to deliver to the police station ... the intelligent officers told the people they will catch the women by the spying cameras which are fixed in the mosque

that's how the secret revealed and by the way:they didn't catch the ladies

Now I have three questions:

Question one To every religious man: When you teach this verse to children inside the mosque, what would you do to justify the existence of spy camera inside the mosque for them, My second question Addressed to the leaders of the nation and specially Al-Azhar Sheik : Will you delete the verse _:DON'T SPY ..... and spied a matter that necessity knows no law or by way of matchmaking or will be maintained on the basis that the origin of spyware is publicity exactly like marriage in our religion

My third Addressed to the one who took the decision: Is this work coincided with the same activity in churches as a principle of equality or you are waiting until demonstrations and vigils calling for equality of spying between the two elements of the nation
I ask every sane person in this country for fear of sedition to quickly put spy cameras, inside all the Egyptian churches so our Christian brothers do not feel discrimination and persecution that we can find expatriate Copts with hidden agendas start to strike the security of this homeland

and all of them started a hunger strike and the girls in a bad condition and transferred to the hospital
but all the boys are in jail now

Two girls in a bad healthy condition the police prevent them from food or water since they arrested them

the police promised to release all the detainees at 6 pm but until 10 pm nothing new

Democratic Front Party issued a report in 2007 to follow up the implementation of the electoral program of President Mubarak announced by 2005
I want to mention this section

Wrote in the introduction, President Mubarak re-election campaign took out and put a manifesto a manner similar to what happens in the United States and Western Europe and the choice of this model makes the world thinks that he is serious in democratic intentions
Which require him to be careful and serious in his promises because in democratic countries people judge their ruling for what he did and did not achieve in his program.
.... But in Egypt the ruler used to say what he wants and does what he
wants
rulers in Egypt are not judged

Why he comes this time with anything new?
Why not he continues in promising?
When the voices recently called for accounting We find that the President in his recent remarks is giving a warning from all the attempts of distraction and tries to distort his great achievements and confirms that he is closely following the implementation of all his political program and indicators have showed a commitment to deadlines Then who will be judged?

President does not consider himself responsible for the poverty in which more than 40% of the people of Egypt live in, He is not responsible for the increase in unemployment and the marginalization of the role of women or the political and management performance or the breakdown of the education sector,and health It is not the president to blame for the decline of culture and creativity and for the profanation of the citizen rights and his security

President Mubarak is not responsible for the alarming spread of corruption To be fair:
Mubarak believes that the responsibility does not lie on his policies and guidance, but those Governments that have come by(through him) and fail in achieving his directives and then he sticks to them????
And now as we approach the end of the mandate of President (the fifth period), we find the government is shirking from the President's program and call it (the period or time in the process of reform promise) with continued reference to the phrase:the sixth five -year plan from July 2007 to June 2012 ,as if the period that have passed has passed without accounting, like all the years that have elapsed from the age of this oppressed people in their country

في الفتره الأخيره بالمحاسبه نجد أن الرئيس في تصريحاته الأخيره يحذر من محاولات الإثاره
وتشويه الإنجازات العظيمه ويؤكد أنه يتابع بدقه تنفيذ كل برنامجه السياسي والمؤشرات لديه تؤكد
الإلتزام بالمواعيد إذن فمن يحاسب؟

الرئيس لا يعتبر نفسه مسئولا عن الفقر الذي يعيش فيه أكثر من ٤٠%من شعب مصر
ولا مسئولا عن التزايد في معدّل البطاله وتهميش دور المرأه ولا عن الاداء الإداري والسياسي
ولا عن إنهيار قطاع التعليم أو الصحه ليس الرئيس هو المسئول عن إنحدار الثقافه
والإبداع ولا عن إمتهان حق المواطن وأمنه

الرئيس مبارك ليس مسئولا عن الإنتشار المفزع للفساد
ووللإنصاف فالرئيس مبارك يري أن المسئوليه لا تقع علي سياساته وتوجيهاته بل علي الحكومات
التي يأتي بها وتفشل
في تنفيذ توجيهاته ثم يتمسك بها ؟؟؟؟

والأن ونحن علي أعتاب نهايه ولايه الرئيس الخامسه نجد الحكومه تتنصل من برنامج الرئيس
وتسميه الفتره الزمنيه في مسيره الوعد بالإصلاح والإشاره المستمره إلي جمله الخطه الخمسيه السادسه
من يوليو ٢٠٠٧ إلي يونيو ٢٠١٢ وكأن الفتره التي مضت إنقضت
بدون حساب مثلها مثل كل السنوات التي مضت من عمر هذا الشعب المقهور في بلده
